Ever since she dipped her toe into the world of digital marketing, AJ has been hooked on growth strategy and modern lead generation tactics. Through training at companies like HubSpot, she was fascinated by all the data one could access, and set out to break the status quo of conversion metrics.
With over five years of experience in dozens of industries, AJ's spitfire attitude and tireless work ethic led her to following her dreams of starting her own agency, all while remaining a forever student of business strategy and a wanderlust obsessed world traveler.
Max Kuchenreuther, Marketing manager
Graduating from the University of Central Florida in the Spring of 2017, Max specializes in digital media, social media marketing, and web & graphic design. For Max, the key to a successful brand lies in the perfect balance of merging a group’s artistry with their business. Max has worked with countless organizations to help them develop their brand as both a freelancer, as well as serving as Marketing Coordinator for Intrinsic. Currently, Max is pursuing a Master’s Degree in Mass Communication from the University of Central Florida.
Alex Adkins, Art Director
Alex is a recent graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, where he studied the art of storytelling as a theatre production major. An expert in high level artistry and building an aesthetic, Alex lends his designer's eye to the team as our Art Director. With a background in the arts, education, and non-profits, Alex has put his strong design skills to the test to help brands find their identity, and create emotional and engaging content that keeps their audiences excited. Jacob Tourjeman, Content Director
He breaks boundaries, shatters expectations, and makes a mean curry. A graduate from Florida State University, Jacob perfected his knowledge of content creation from his experience in songwriting as well as composing for choir, musical theater, and film. Through his work in music, Jacob has developed a passion for exploring the boundaries between genres and smashing through them to create fully immersive branding experiences never before seen.
